Returns: You must notify us that you will be returning an item within 5 days of receiving the item. We will refund you a full store credit once we have the merchandise, less shipping and handling. Any time after 5 days, we will refund your money less 20% restocking fees and less shipping and handling. All returns must be in the same condition that they left our store in. Any damages will be deducted from the return amount.
ALL FURNITURE LEAVES THE STORE IN TOP CONDITION.

Order Cancellations: Once an order has been placed it can be cancelled by calling 518-293-6268. If you cancel within 3 days of your order, you will receive a full refund provided it hasn't been shipped out. Once an order has been shipped it then becomes a return. Any special orders (which consist of items not normally stocked) will have to have a non-refundable deposit of 35%. Most of the items on our website are not considered special items.
Shipping Damages: We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping (unless we delivered the piece(s) with our truck). Check all deliveries upon arrival to be sure that they arrived in working order. Once the shipment has been accepted, all responsibility falls upon the purchaser. It is the purchasers responsibility to refuse any damaged items and place a claim with the shipping company for the amount of purchase. We re-package most of the items in order to prevent damages during the shipping process.
